Welcome Members

Welcome, Rouge Valley Members, to another fantastic curling season! As the club joyfully celebrates over 65 years of curling, we're thrilled to have 40 memberships and 10 skip teams this season, each with designated positions chosen by the skip. For privacy purposes, please remember that the club doesn't share members' contact information. If needed, feel free to ask your skip for details. It's important to mention that if you cannot play during the scheduled draws, kindly reach out to your skip and Spare Master as soon as possible. This way, we can ensure that spare members can play on your team. Let's make this season a memorable one together!

2025/2026 Teams to be announce after Skip Draft in early October 2025

Full-time members who need a spare.

As a valued team member, we kindly ask for your help by giving a heads-up to your skip and Spare Master at least 48 hours before any scheduled draws if you can't make it. This way, we'll have ample time to arrange a substitute player, ensuring a full team ready for some fun on the ice. Without enough players, we might have to skip a draw or, even worse, cancel it entirely. We aim to ensure everyone gets a chance to play, so we truly appreciate your cooperation in informing us in advance if you'll be missing any draws.

Did you know?…

If a player wishes to recommence the delivery as a result of their own team’s action, the player may do so providing the stone has not reached the nearer tee line.

Did you know?…

A player shall only commence a forward progression from the hack with a stone after the previously delivered stone and any stones set in motion have come to rest or have crossed the back line and their team is in control of the house.
